How to Shop on Our E-Shop

  1. Placing an Order: Orders in our online wholesale shop can be placed by registered customers, but under certain conditions, purchases can also be made without registration.

  2. Product Information: Products are categorized, and each item includes basic information and prices.

  3. Shopping Cart: Add selected products to your cart by clicking the cart icon.

  4. Review Cart: You can review your product selection in the cart by clicking on the product name.

  5. Order Form: After filling out the form, you will have the opportunity to review and modify your order.

  6. Submit Order: Proceed by submitting your order.

  7. Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, we will promptly attend to it and inform you about the order status if necessary.

  8. User Account: Based on the buyer's registration on the website, the buyer can access their user interface. From their user interface, the buyer can place orders (referred to as "user account"). When registering on the website and ordering goods, the buyer must provide correct and truthful information. The buyer is obliged to update the information provided in the user account in case of any changes. The information provided by the buyer in the user account and when ordering goods is considered correct by the seller. Access to the user account is secured by a username and password. The buyer must maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary to access their user account. The seller can cancel the user account, especially if the buyer repeatedly violates their obligations arising from the purchase contract (including terms and conditions). Methods of Collecting Goods Purchased Online or at the Company Headquarters
  1. Delivery: Goods are delivered exclusively through the portal to the address specified in the order unless otherwise specified for the specific product.

  2. Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is always stated for the specific product, unless a different agreement is made between the seller and the buyer (FREE).

  3. Heavy Products: For orders of goods weighing over 3 kg, the shipping cost may be charged individually unless otherwise agreed between the seller and the buyer.

  4. Personal Pickup (only by prior arrangement): For personal pickup, the goods are prepared for collection at the address Silvex 925 s.r.o., Zvěřinova 3457/4, Prague 3, 130 00. For personal pickup, you will be informed by email, SMS, or phone as soon as the goods are ready for collection. If you arrive before we contact you, it may happen that the ordered, repaired, or custom-made goods are not yet ready for collection!

  5. Reservation: Goods for personal pickup that have not yet been paid for will be reserved at the company headquarters for one day (1 day) unless otherwise agreed. Prepaid or otherwise reserved goods (personal pickup, custom production, post-warranty repairs, deposit on order) can be picked up or collected by the buyer at any time based on a notification sent to the buyer (email, SMS, etc.).
