Free Returns and Exchanges

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it free of charge within 60 days of receipt. Please note that products with personalized adjustments such as engravings are excluded from return and exchange.

Two-Year Warranty on All Products

Every piece of our jewelry comes with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover any faults within this period, please contact us immediately for a prompt and hassle-free resolution.

4. The return shipping is free of charge. Please use Deutsche Post, DHL, or another reliable courier service.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
